Using the website

What has changed for the new website?

We’ve rebuilt the new website, based on your feedback. The new updates are:
  • A new user-centered design, making the sales platform more efficient and intuitive.
  • Enhanced search function and ways to discover new content, including product recommendations.
  • Pages are cleaner and easier to navigate.
  • Quicker screening and promo playback.
  • Easier registration and sign-in.
  • The site is fully responsive on desktop, tablet and smartphones.

How do I access my aftersales content?

There is now a separate site for aftersales: www.bbcstudios.com/aftersales. You can also find a link to it in the footer.

What information can I download?

You can still download synopses, info sheets, ratings reports and other pre-sales assets.

Can I access the new sales platform with any web browser?

We’ve developed the new website on Chrome, Edge, IE11, Firefox and Safari. We’ve also optimised the site to work on smartphone and tablet devices. There’s no dedicated iOS or Android app available yet.
